“I agree with many people: this is hands down the BEST pharmacy around! Everyone is friendly, thoughtful and helpful!!! Most of all, for me, they make things so convenient!!! (You can text to confirm transactions, instead of having to call! They allow you to have pets medication mailed, instead of having to drive to pick it up!) I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!”

“First time visit, had appointment. The outside seating area is convenient for people expecting rides but there is too much vehicle traffic which poses a danger with all the pedestrian traffic in the area.”
“Target swapped self-checkout for staffed registers - then didn't staff them enough. For a store with fairly strong foot traffic, it feels like a highly visible reduction in their commitment to customer service (and to ringing up sales).
One bright spot: an employee near the Starbucks side whom I hadn't seen before, running two registers simultaneously - keeping the line moving. She was efficient and composed the whole time I was there. Exceptional.
Whatever Target thinks of this location, I hope they're taking care of their people!”

“This review is only for my experience at the pharmacy. Came to fill my RX after coming from the Dentist in need of some antibiotics and pain relief. I left my house an hour earlier as I was expecting a long turnaround time to get my RX filled as this was my typical pharmacy experience at Kahala CVS. I live in Kaimuki but work in Kailua and this pharmacy is conveniently located next to my place of employment. This team was amazing! I believe their manager is who helped me and made my experience so fun and pleasant! Even his team had smiles on their faces. You've got a great leader back there in your pharmacy and I hope you recognize that CVS.”

I would like to see them open several Longs Drug Store mini-stores, similar in size to smaller convenience stores. I would like to be able to buy only the essentials like in a convenience store, even if it's a small store in the Fort Street Mall downtown.”

“The sign of the Times... When a supermarket is just that and not a whole complex where it's a journey and a half just to get a single item and that's the reason for this visit...well two items, a red onion and cilantro. Having a task at work it was something that I had to have an since I was in the Kahala Mall I decided on Whole Foods for convenience and was surprised of the prices and thought to go elsewhere since price was something I didn't want to compromise and was shocked to see it was no difference here as well and decided to just get it. Walking up and down the aisle since I'm here it's nice to see nothing really much has changed and though the layout and aisle is a bit narrow than the more updated places this piece of nostalgia is nice as it's well organized and clean...my onion was bad btw which was disappointing but it was my choice. Thank you!”
