“The staff is nice, I brought my Atlas there twice for its annual maintenance as it was included in my purchase of the vehicle, otherwise I do that stuff myself. Like I said the people are nice and helpful but the service itself takes way too long. If I had a lift in my garage I could get the work done in 45 min and I’m not a certified mechanic, it for some reason take them almost 3 hours and that’s when Im there with an appointment in the first available slot. So if you can drop off and pick it up later it’s fine but if you have to wait, it’s a big of a pain.”

The whole staff was very professional. Plus they repaired my 4runner quicker then they estimated.”
“I came in to set up an appointment for my bumper which was hanging down on one side a few inches due to broken pins. Set up an appointment and while I did so a very kind customer service representative had a mechanic come out and he had just repinned it up real quick and it looks completely fine. There work looks great on other vehicles and the service I just received was amazing. Will definitely return here in the future for any auto body issues I may have.”

Darryl was able to install the part and get my wheel bearings pressed & installed within an hour. Awesome service!”

He told me to come in and he would install the battery. Braxton is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and quickly installed the new car battery. “We recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Waipahu (Maria & James in particular), following damage done to our car (hit & run) while parked at Costco. Our insurance company suggested Gerber, when their 1st body shop recommendation informed them that they couldn't repair the damaged parts, and that replacement would be needed. From the beginning we felt like we were given realistic estimates for the various aspects of the repair process. When it was found that additional parts would need to be ordered, we were immediately informed of the potential for a significant delay. Fortunately, the Gerber folks found that they had the parts already in their possession, and were able to expedite our repair process. We ended up picking up our car earlier than even the first estimate, which went as smoothly as could be imagined. Everybody was polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. The repair looks great, and our car is once again back home where it should be.”

“Went to repair my passenger rear fender and bumper via insurance. Rental car was easy as the car was at the shop when I dropped off my car. The repair was for a week but they had to extend the repair because they were waiting on a part from the manufacturer. Progress follow up calls could’ve been more frequent instead on once a week but the folks were friendly, receptionist Kailyn, Shane and Henry! That’s what makes the repair timeframe enjoyable when you’re waiting. The work was quality, as my fender and bumper looked brand new! Would definitely recommend them!”
“Maui Off Road gets a very rare 5 star rating from me and I do mean very rare. Jeff and his crew were absolutely outstanding in handling my project and were super accommodating to my needs and all the parts I supplied.I had the entire suspension (front and back) swapped out on my truck as well as re-balancing the new tires.
For the job, Jeff quoted me a price that was less than half what I was expecting (especially by Oahu prices) and with a completion time in less than half what I thought it would take. Everything worked out flawlessly and I'm incredibly impressed by the work done at this location. I would highly suggest anyone who has any off road style work that needs to be done to their vehicles, please come here. I will definitely be back!”
“Today I took delivery of my vehicle! (See former review below) and I just wanted to come back to give a shout out to Desmond, the salesman I worked with who helped me inspect, test drive, and understand all the little nuances of our new vehicle today. I've never had a vehicle with an infotainment screen, and he helped me understand all the settings and how to navigate/customize things. He also helped me with using the applications on my phone so that I can monitor/control the vehicle from a distance. A consummate professional, Desmond just started at Cutter about a month ago and you wouldn't know it. Thank you Desmond! I'd also like to shout out to Troy and Colin who helped me finalize everything in writing. I am a very paranoid person when it comes to legal documents...they were patient and thorough in making sure I understood everything I was signing. There were no surprises or mistakes. Thank you guys for alleviating my stress with such a big purchase!I must have worked with a half dozen people over the past month between phone calls, negotiating the price, and then picking up my vehicle today and finalizing the paperwork.
