“I needed a set of wind shield wiper blades to pass my safety inspection. I searched the internet for auto parts in Wahiawa and came across the O'Reilly website. It enabled me to order the blades through the web site to be picked up from the store. I have difficulty walking and this was perfect to have my wife walk in and get them. I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to install, it it was an O'Reilly video. I was unsuccessful installing the wipers and the video mentioned that they would send someone outside their store to install them. I called and two minutes later a gentleman came out and installed them quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making the experience easy, painless and efficient. I never bought parts from O'Reilly before, but they are the only ones for me from now one.”

“New location for O'Reillys now opened in Ewa. No need to drive all the way into Waipahu anymore! The store is located in Laulani Village Shopping Center, right next to City Mill. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was greeted when I walked in, and checked on to see if I needed any help to find what I was looking for. The offer fairly reasonable prices compared to competitors as well as a Price Match Guarantee if you find a lower price on similar products.”

“I'm not a car person and don't know too much about cars. I was at another establishment in this area and came in to look around. As soon as I walked in there was an associate behind the counter and she greeted me. She asked if I needed any assistance and I told her that I was just looking around. They sell everything that you need for your car. I saw a whole lot of car batteries, windshield wipers, wheel covers, car seat covers, steering wheel covers and license plate holders. I also saw many things that I didn't know what it's for, lol. I wish I could be more help. The bathroom is in the back of the stockroom. I asked one of the guys working there where the bathroom was and he walked me back there. They provided very good service. They have a sign on their window that says they offer military discount.”
