“Citizens Community Bank is a credit union that is part of the Glacier Family Bank and local to south eastern Idaho. My experience is that they have some great people who work here that seem to care about their clients. They have comparable loan rates and act just like a local credit union should. Other than all of the benefits, I have a couple of things that end up being on the annoying side: they close at 5:00 PM most days. So, if you have banking activities you need to do after work, well… you’re just not. They make you fill out pieces of paper whenever you want to do any transaction. Any. When you are making a loan payment, the payment has to be approved by a manager. It all seems a little silly, but overall they seem to be pretty good!”
“Laura at your woodruff branch (branch Mgr) is an amazing person, extremely smart and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Will go back and always recommend her to everyone i can. She made my worries and questions ho away ???????????”
“I absolutely love this credit union. Each & everytime i visit for whatever reason the clerks do a great job, they make me feel comfortable & at ease each time. It's a pleasure to chat a bit while they are doing business for me. GREAT credit union!”
“Miriam was very helpful with setting up an additional savings accounts for our kids. She interacted with our boys while opening the account, very nice and great service.”
“I’ve banked at Wells Fargo, Chase, and now Bank of Commerce. Bank of Commerce has been my favorite bank so far. No high pressure sales, just good old fashioned friendly service. ?”

“Kimiko and Shelby are the best! I bring deposits for my work 1-2 times a week, and they always remember what's going on in my life and ask me questions! I look forward to seeing them!”
