“Came in to look at getting chicks for the first time and didn’t know exactly what I needed. The gentleman who was helping take care of the chicks assisted us tremendously. He took his time to explain everything to us and even took us around the store to get everything we needed. The only thing I wish is that the girls up front get more training in assisting customers as I’ve called and not getting proper responses. Lots of I don’t know, I can’t say when. Had to speak to the manager to even get answers for something very simple. Said they didn’t have chicks but went there to find they had a ton of them and no they didnt just receive them either.”
“We bent an axle on our 39ft toy hauler traveling from Alaska to Florida just outside of Boise and noticed the problem outside of Idaho Falls. Called in the morning and spoke with Leon in the service department and he had the axle by the time we arrived. Let us plug in overnight and park on site. Repairs were done the next day by Matt. Everything is working well and we could not be happier with the prompt and quick service they gave us to get us back on our journey! Price was right and the service was above and beyond! Huge thank you!!!!”

“This store is so much better to deal with than the Home Depot down the street! We had the best experience with Amanda in customer service. We were having issues with ordering on line and we live almost 3 hours away. My husband talked to Amanda and told her that I had some health issues and he was worried about me having to collect all of the electrical supplies that we needed. This amazing young lady collected all of the supplies for me after finding me a nice comfy chair and a bottle of water. Amanda went above and beyond amazing service!”
