“I have been meaning to leave a review for quite some time. I love shopping here because the rest of the Idaho Falls team is fantastic, but an employee named Jenny is a massive problem. She is extremely rude and completely unfriendly to customers. Worse, she treats her fellow coworkers very poorly on the sales floor, openly displaying a defensive, toxic, and incompetent attitude toward them. I am shocked management allows someone this unprofessional to represent their business. If she is comfortable acting like this in front of the public, I am genuinely concerned about how she treats her peers behind closed doors.”

“These guys are incredible. Leon in Service is a full customer advocate and fights back against the manufacturer on your behalf. He is relentless and you can trust State Trailer to help fight your manufacturer battles. After three months of diagnostic requests/slow rolling from Lippert for a bad fridge/freezer but we finally won and got it replaced. Thank you State Trailer and especially Leon and team!!”

“Johnstone Supply has been an excellent place for me to do business. The employees are great to work with. They are willing and happy to provide pricing and locate difficult to find parts and equipment. Their prices are competitive and affordable. This company is not a Home Depot or Ace Hardware where anyone can pop in and buy HVAC equipment or government regulated parts and gases. It's a supplier for licensed HVAC professionals.”
