I loved that they took pics of everything and sent me the report link via text so I could see it all and read the recommendations. I was also able to approve extra work through that too so it was really convenient. I felt like their pricing was also really good. They even dusted the dash and vacuumed! Anndddd they found the leak for my washer fluid that no one else has been able to find. I was super happy with everything. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, but they told me the pros and cons of doing or not doing things. Loved them!!”

“I needed a trailer tire and wheel replaced. I drove over and my kids fell asleep in the car as I was approaching Ron’s. I called and Douglas asked me the tire specifics, had the tire mounted on the new wheel by the time I got into the parking lot, brought it out to me and loaded it in my car, and then went inside ans called me to take my payment. I never had to leave my car! It was so kind of him to help me not have to wake up my kids and bring them inside. Thank you for making my day easier!!”

“Travis & his team of knowledgable mechanics were great! My scheduled appointment was for an oil change. However, I was very fortune the Quick Lane team performed a complimentary vehicle inspection, too.
As it turned out, one of the rear brake callipers on my Prius had somehow become frozen at an angle.
The misalligned calliper had been gouging my rotor for a while without my knowledge. To make matters worse, by the time I bought my car in, I had very little brake pad left on my rear wheels.
Travis invited me in to the work area for a look where he & his team showed me the evidence and explained. Additionally, without pressure or obligation tactics, he offered me a repair estimate; Well done Travis!
Next, per my request, Travis went to great lengths to ensure I received the repair estimate in hardcopy. Needless to say, he & his mechanic team's actions reaffirmed my reasoning for being a Quick Lube return customer. Keep up the great work team! And thank you each and every one.”

“The people here are great and helpful. Getting free tire repair and rotations is a great benefit of this place. I bought my tires in the Portland OR area and even here they helped rotate my tires and even take care of a nail in my tires I didn't even know about at no extra charge. It's also nice there is a mall pretty close to go to while you wait but I would definitely recommend you make an appointment as it'll save you a lot of time. My only complaint is the location next to a very busy road and the walk to anywhere is miserable and hot in the summer when I went. They can't necessarily control that but something to keep in mind.”
