“They were super nice, easy to schedule with, communication was great! I loved that they took pics of everything and sent me the report link via text so I could see it all and read the recommendations. I was also able to approve extra work through that too so it was really convenient. I felt like their pricing was also really good. They even dusted the dash and vacuumed! Anndddd they found the leak for my washer fluid that no one else has been able to find. I was super happy with everything. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, but they told me the pros and cons of doing or not doing things. Loved them!!”
“Purchased my tires at Commercial, had a tire that kept losing air that’d need fixing. Manager wasn’t sure they’d be able to fix the tire that day with the work load they had, but he had it done early in the day. Much appreciated! They do a great job of taking care of their customers.”

“Ricardo got me in quickly and was able to get alignment done on my vehicle that the other tire shops said they couldn't fit on their machines. He was also able to get the tires balanced that the other shops couldn't do and was able to fix the tpms that the other shop broke off. They where quick and thorough. I will be doing more business with them”

While traveling and pulling a fifth wheel trailer, i stopped to fill up fuel and discovered i had a low trailer tire.
I stopped in at Jacks Tire and Oil in Idaho Falls ID, I was asked to drive around back where i was greeted by a cheerful person that was guiding me in to a clean, organized, well lit bay.
They got right to it and filled the tire, removed it to dunk it and find the leak, repaired it and reinstalled it.
They torqued the wheel, and checked the other tires for air pressure.
I went to pay and learned it was no charge.
I am greatful that places like Jacks tires and oil still exist.”

“I needed a trailer tire and wheel replaced. I drove over and my kids fell asleep in the car as I was approaching Ron’s. I called and Douglas asked me the tire specifics, had the tire mounted on the new wheel by the time I got into the parking lot, brought it out to me and loaded it in my car, and then went inside ans called me to take my payment. I never had to leave my car! It was so kind of him to help me not have to wake up my kids and bring them inside. Thank you for making my day easier!!”
“I took my car in for an alignment, and about 10 minutes later the tech came back out and told me the alignment was already in great shape. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, and they didn’t charge me a thing since no work was necessary. I honestly expected to at least pay for the inspection, so I was pleasantly surprised when they told me there was no charge.
It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest and doesn’t take advantage of you. As a single mom, every dollar counts, so I really appreciate the honesty and the great service. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I had a tire puncture with my rental car. They fixed it for me for free knowing that I was only visiting the area and that the car was a rental. Wow. Highly recommend.”
“We needed 4 new drives... we got them used here for a decent price $179 each and they traded one of the tires we had on about 2k miles on it, for 1 of the used ones. Tires came to $540, withe ther credit, the rest was Mounting and Balancing. Mounting and balancing were pricy and they didn't balance them. But we got out the door for just under $1k.
We feel that we can recommend this place.”
