“These guys do excellent work. I wasn't happy with the way my truck was handling while loaded, and it was ready for a full suspension overhaul. Boise Spring Works installed new Bilstien 5100 shocks and struts, and added leafs to the rear springs to stiffen these. The truck handles really well now, no more bouncing or roll, and feels great fully loaded with our gear.”

“I bought a Kuat rack online and I could not get it out of the hitch. I did not buy the rack through Rack Attack but went in to see if they could help me figure out what the problem was. The guy that greeted me in the store was very helpful and kind. They figured out what the problem was and took the rack off for me and showed me how to get it off in the future. They did not charge me for this and answered all of my questions. I was so very thankful. What an amazing company and staff. The guy in the store even came to grab me in the shoe store when they were done so I wasn't entertaining my kids outside in the smoke. I can't express enough how impressed I was with their assistance. I wish I had bought my rack through their company. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.”
