“Overall, it was a great experience! I was told my car was finished and ready for pick up but insurance had to approve the additional $250 for the repairs that wasn’t yet approved! I had to wait an additional day just to find out that the estimate was agreed upon and that wasn’t the case! I could have had my car the same day the repairs were finished!”

“These guys were great! I called twice and no answer. I decide to show up anyways, and they're not busy. Husband walks in, and within 5 seconds him and one of the techs are out testing my battery. The installer walks out and we're told installati9n starts at $25. My battery is a little more complicated to replace than just removing the cables and battery so I assumed we would pay more for install. I told them what battery I wanted that I found online. They were happy to oblige. Installer began doing his work. We went inside and the guy at the cou terminal was returning all the missed calls from when they were busy earlier in the morning. They said our name, and we said that was us, no need to call. They were actually returning the calls they missed. I've never heard of a business doing that unless you leave a voicemail, which I didn't. Install was quick. Installer rang us up and he only charge me the $25 for installation and matched the pricing I found online. This is some of the best service I've ever received. Hands down, I'm coming back with an and all my battery needs.”

“I had the best experience at this location yesterday. After my windshield wipers broke off at the car wash, I called O’Reillys and they were so nice on the phone. They checked stock and made sure they had them for my car. Once I arrived, I met Anthony and he was so nice. He put the new wipers on my car, had me check to make sure that they were working right and all in all a great experience. “Had my AC recharge done here and was extremely impressed with how quick and affordable the service was. I did have a bit of a hard time finding my way around the lot between the office and shop just because they have so many campers/vehicles in a fairly small area, but I couldn’t be happier with the fact that it was done in less than an hour and costed less than the amount I was quoted from them over the phone, and FAR less than all of the big chain repair shops I talked to when comparing prices. “I called a friend who works in the auto industry for a recommendation for an autobody shop because I really trust his opinion. He told me most of the autobody shops in the valley have been bought up by a conglomerate. He told me that ACE was one that was locally owned. I like supporting local. I was not disappointed. I cried when I saw what a beautiful job they did restoring our car after a fender bender. It looked brand new! You would NEVER know there was ever any damage. Instead of overpromising and under delivering they OVER delivered!! We are 100% satisfied!”

“I Buy And Use Paints For Hobby Stuff - This Place Has Every Color You Could Ever Want - The Paint Quality Is The Best Available And The Boss There Never Got Mad When I Couldn't Decide On A Color. He Just Listened And Helped. Ended Up Using An Aston Martin Metallic Green Color To Paint My Halo 2 Master Chief Statue, It Looks Awesome. Still Have To Do Visor And Detail Work. Couldn't Find Color Anywhere Else. Their Guy BRYCE Is Top Notch - He Knows Everything About Paints. Best Service Of Any Store I Have Been To In 30 Years In Boise Area. THANK YOU!!!!!!”

I highly recommend Barry to anyone that owns a Corvette. “This was my second time to take my poor damaged CRV to Crash Champions, each time a different location in Nampa. Doesn't seem to matter at all.......I got the same professional expert work in either case. Everything goes smoothly, communication from the technician is excellent. And the work.....is wonderful!! I've never had a complaint or a problem with their work. Unlike my daughter, who went to Caliber Collision, and has had to keep returning because of their shoddy work. “It seems over the years that Walmart has been very competitive on items I purchase for DIY projects on two cars and a motorhome, so I thought I'd consider purchasing replacement tires for a 2010 Honda CR-V. I purchased a set of Goodyear Assurance Finesse, scheduled the install 3 days out. Great pricing compared to Costco and Les Schwab. Tires were delivered, they were ready for my scheduled appointment time and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even gave me a $12 credit for valve stems that were not needed. Douglas was the service writer at Ten Mile. He knew the correct pressure and torque specs and even reset my OE TPMS sensors.”

“I scheduled a tire change here today. When I got there, I found out that I would have to buy new lugnuts somewhere else, and thirty minutes later that I had ordered the wrong size online. Thankfully, the team was super friendly and helpful! They let me keep my appointment while I ran to O'Reilly's for lugnuts, and made the refund for the wrong tires quick and painless. Wouldn't be mad if I had car trouble in the next few weeks and had to talk to the cute blond with glasses again 🤷🏻♀”
