“Overall, it was a great experience! I was told my car was finished and ready for pick up but insurance had to approve the additional $250 for the repairs that wasn’t yet approved! I had to wait an additional day just to find out that the estimate was agreed upon and that wasn’t the case! I could have had my car the same day the repairs were finished!”
“My transmission started going out me while towing in Wyoming. I was able to get to an Idaho Falls transmission shop for some quick repairs to get home. Once I got home I took my truck into Bobby’s. So far it’s running like new. Very professional and courteous.”

“I had the best experience at this location yesterday. After my windshield wipers broke off at the car wash, I called O’Reillys and they were so nice on the phone. They checked stock and made sure they had them for my car. Once I arrived, I met Anthony and he was so nice. He put the new wipers on my car, had me check to make sure that they were working right and all in all a great experience. “Had my AC recharge done here and was extremely impressed with how quick and affordable the service was. I did have a bit of a hard time finding my way around the lot between the office and shop just because they have so many campers/vehicles in a fairly small area, but I couldn’t be happier with the fact that it was done in less than an hour and costed less than the amount I was quoted from them over the phone, and FAR less than all of the big chain repair shops I talked to when comparing prices. He told me most of the autobody shops in the valley have been bought up by a conglomerate. He told me that ACE was one that was locally owned. I like supporting local. I was not disappointed. I cried when I saw what a beautiful job they did restoring our car after a fender bender. It looked brand new! You would NEVER know there was ever any damage. Instead of overpromising and under delivering they OVER delivered!! We are 100% satisfied!”

He Just Listened And Helped. Ended Up Using An Aston Martin Metallic Green Color To Paint My Halo 2 Master Chief Statue, It Looks Awesome. Still Have To Do Visor And Detail Work. “I recently had my 2026 Honda Passport repaired at Crash Champions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. During the repair process, the team noticed that one of my tires had been scuffed. Even though the external damage seemed minor, they took the extra step to check for possible internal damage and decided to replace the tire at no cost to me — a level of honesty and attention to detail that’s rare to find.

“I scheduled a tire change here today. When I got there, I found out that I would have to buy new lugnuts somewhere else, and thirty minutes later that I had ordered the wrong size online. Thankfully, the team was super friendly and helpful! They let me keep my appointment while I ran to O'Reilly's for lugnuts, and made the refund for the wrong tires quick and painless. Wouldn't be mad if I had car trouble in the next few weeks and had to talk to the cute blond with glasses again 🤷🏻♀”
