“Quick summary of review: I will use Crown again in the future for Forklift service. They were responsive, transparent, and Tanner did the job well.Full review:Our forklift stopped working the week before we were supposed to move offices. Tried another company but they couldn't manage to setup a time with me even with repeated asking. I called Crown on Thursday and they got a service man out to our shop on Friday at 7am. Tanner quickly diagnosed the issue as spent batteries. He drove the old batteries over to the battery store, recycled them, and pick up new batteries then immediately came back and installed them. All in all it took him less than 2 hours to get our forklift back up and running and ready for the move less than 24 hours after I called their office.”
