Staff made a significant impact on our choice to send my daughter here. If my kid has issues Kylee is always on top of it. Major con my daughter can never find parking. Would really like to see reserved parking here, but other than that would probably recommend to other parents looking for off campus housing.

Very helpful staff. We are moving to the area in January. (we are not Californian lmao) They did not have availability, but the lady on the phone went out of her way to look up some properties that did and that worked with our budget. Honestly wish we could have snagged a spot at this complex for the price alone.
