This is my credit union and I've had them years now and I have never experienced anything but good stuff but lately I've heard a lot of people saying negative things and when I ask them what branch its the training branch in our area so I get why some issues may happen. I love them

This location is fine but ICCU in general just feels like another big bank and usually has some of the highest rates.
