“Great credit union/bank. Only think that they have bad against them is that their debt cards are now Mastercard and if you pay online your mortgage or rent. They charge 35.00 fee processing ?♂️?♂️ that’s 420.00 a year.”

After a very annoying process online with some misinformation from another ICCU employee, I was helped by an incredibly kind and patient employee. Kyler (and Kelly towards the end) spent about 5 hours working with me while I worked out co-signers and documents and fought the lenders for me. But in the end I got my loan and left with a check same day. Although I’m not impressed with the over the phone employee I’m extremely impressed with the service at this ICCU! Thank you Kyler!”
