Boise Jazzercise was a great choice for me. I am not an athletic person generally, but the upbeat music, coaching and the general friendliness of everyone keeps me coming back.

There are so many reasons why I love Jazzercize!!!! It is a great overall workout w/many levels of exertion. I think my favorite part is that it lifts me up every time. The routines are very fun and the music diverse.

With a 60 year age span in the class, the routines are adjusted to various fitness levels. I really have a lot of fun in class. The instructors and attendees are all very nice and considerate of each other. Going to coffee after class is an added bonus to get to know people better.
