Mike was very helpful. He talked me throught the symptoms of my air conditioner failure. He prevented mulitple trips and helped avoid me buying the wrong parts to fix the issue. Really impressed with Johnstone. He came out and fixed my water heater problem for $500 less than another plumber quoted me and was very friendly and personable. The other plumber said I needed a new overflow tank, among other things, which I did not.
