“Phenomenal place! I was searching all over town for a particular kind of metric screw in multiple sizes and had no luck. I saw this place online, thought I'd check it out, found they had every screw I needed and then some! I also mistakenly bought a handful of the wrong size screw so I went back a couple days later asking about returns and they were happy to help. All around fantastic place with a large inventory, great staff, and great prices too! I'll certainly be returning here in the future when I need more screws and other hardware.”

“I am a long-time customer of Woodcraft Boise and have always been pleased with the service I have received from them. My latest experience is no exception. I needed a sheet of 1/4" white oak plywood with a solid core and good both sides. The store did not have it in stock, but the young man who helped me contacted a supplier, made sure it was what I wanted, and ordered it for me. They also cut it into pieces (for a small milling fee) so I could carry it in my car. I am extremely happy with the service and the wood. It is exactly what I needed.”
“Toni is amazing! I had problems with another company sending me the wrong item and pushing the finish date of my job back an extra 2 weeks. I contacted Toni late Wednesday afternoon hoping she'd be able to help and she absolutely helped. Not only did I receive the tool I needed on Thursday....the very next day but also refunded my some of my shipping cost since the website had a much higher shipping cost. She could've easily just charged me what the website quoted and I wouldn't known any difference. This will be my new go to for any of my specialty tool needs. Thank you again Toni.”

“My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Andrew today. The water coming out of our main shower head has reduced to a drizzle and we assumed we had to replace the entire shower system. Andrew suggested we take the shower head off and soak it in vinegar to see whether there is improvement before spending money on a new one. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to find him so honest because we would’ve replaced the entire system if he told us we needed to; however, he also said, if the vinegar doesn’t work, we only have to replace the shower head. This company is so lucky to have somebody like Andrew as this is the type of company I want to give my money to if it becomes necessary. He also spent quite a bit of time researching possible replacements if we end up needing to do so. I will happily refer other people to Consolidated Supply Company.”

“I placed an urgent order for tiles online through homedepot.com, opting for overnight delivery and paying the additional delivery fee. However, I received an email notifying me of a day's delay in the delivery schedule. Upon delivery, only 18 pieces of tile were brought instead of the 18 cases I had paid for. I had the delivery on my surveillance cameras as proof. My attempts to resolve this over the phone with homedepot.com were met with frustration as I was put on hold and eventually transferred to an office that was closed for the day. Seeking resolution, I visited the Eagle Home Depot, only to find out that they couldn't credit me for the missing tiles and advised me to contact homedepot.com for reimbursement. This situation highlighted the clear distinction between homedepot.com and physical Home Depot stores. To ensure my tile installation could proceed as planned, I repurchased and picked up the missing tiles in Meridian where more were located, initiating a two-day ordeal spent communicating on the phone with homedepot.com. It was only after finally being transferred to the Boise Home Depot that I found relief. Steve Snead, whose assistance was invaluable, stepped in to resolve the issue. Steve's dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. He remained on the line with me, diligently coordinating with homedepot.com until the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Prior to encountering Steve's exemplary service, I was left dissatisfied and disillusioned with Home Depot, questioning any future big-ticket purchases from the company. However, Steve's exceptional handling of the situation has completely changed my perspective. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond have reinstated my confidence in Home Depot. Steve's outstanding assistance has not only resolved my immediate issue but has also restored my trust in the company. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee, and I am grateful for Steve's exceptional support.”

They don't have everything, but 9 times out of 10, they have what you need at similar prices. Very friendly and helpful staff, dog friendly with a couple new bath stations, and I like supporting a smaller regional business.”

“I was looking for two very small o rings. The guy up front was very helpful. There were two sizes that might fit but he could not be for sure. It really wasn't worth his time and yet he helped me anyway. He didn’t even charge just let me take them as samples. Two guys told me to try out Tacoma screw and they gave me five star service.”

“The young lady at the counter was super helpful. I needed replacement hinges for cabinet doors. Unfortunately, the hinges are no longer available. However, the young lady (unfortunately I can't remember her name) took the time on her phone to research online to find an alternate hinge replacement! She actually found the exact hinge to replace the hinges that were no longer available. Thank you, Advanced Hardware! I will be back. Highly recommended. 👍”
