I’ve been coming here forever and they’ve always treated me with respect and taking the time to make sure the door is open and help me with packages and this last time this guy named Jessie helped me stuff a huge bunch of pieces into a box to return to Amazon. I couldn’t do it myself, and it was too heavy. He helped without hesitation!”
“I needed to send a package overnight. I went to the fedex website it was over $300 for a 6 lb package. Decided to send 2nd day for $230. Went to drop off and this gentleman was able to send it over night with UPS for under $230. His prices for FedEx are lower than their website. I will go to this place in the future when needing to send packages”
“You have two fantastic, helpful employees working at the Milwaukee St. store in Boise, ID! After a week of frustration from chat bots everywhere I’d been I was so happy to walk in and see two smiling faces ready and willing to help. Niah was beautiful and helped me with ideas on how to send in a decorated box as well as to access my credit card on my phone! Her coworker Cosmo was great help too! The experience with humans is far underrated and I will only use UPS for this exact reason. They were delightful, assisted me with everything I needed and created a loyal customer. They are great! “Needed passport photos taken for UK passport as I apply for British dual citizenship. This is the only place in town that did the proper size. Very friendly staff and easy in and out. Highly recommend.”
