He was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the 5% Cool Breeze and 10% Hybrid Cool Breeze Medium lines and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
Scott encouraged us to try multiple models and allowed us to lie down on each for more than an hour so we could properly evaluate the pressure relief and comfort. His approach was informative and professional, without any aggressive or high-pressure sales tactics. He also clearly explained the 90-night trial policy, which made the entire purchasing process feel straightforward and comfortable.
