“I have been really happy with my experience at Leisure Mattress. If you are in the market for a new mattress, go to the r/mattress subreddit on reddit. They have a great buyers guide at the top of the page. A couple of the most important recommendations is to find a company that uses high density poly foam of at least 1.8 lbs per cubic foot and is up front with the number of coils used in the mattress. I found Mike at Leisure mattress to be completely up front with the materials used in their mattresses (1.9 lb/cu.ft. foam and 1047 coils in the coil unit of a queen sized mattress.) From everything I could tell, Leisure Mattress stacks up really well with the buyers guide, and I enthusiastically recommend them.
We made the wrong choice on our first mattress, it ended up being to firm, but since we had purchased the mattress protector we had the choice of returning the original and having a new softer one built, and the second one has been great. Mike is great to work with and will let you lay on mattresses without bothering you for as long as you want, while being helpful in any questions you have and guiding you in the right direction.
If you live in the Treasure Valley, don't buy a cheaply made mattress at any of the big box mattress stores, go straight to Leisure!”
