The business has a good selection of well-maintained vehicles that perform well, and cars are typically super clean. On a rare occasion an issue arises, the attendants work to make it right. The vehicles are not loaded with certain premium options, but the overall experience is pleasant and efficient.

When we visited Idaho, we made reservations with National for renting a car. Our experience from the front desk was amazing she was friendly and polite. And when we returned the car. Justin was polite. We would rent from National again.

Not bad for having to head to the counter. Its a bummer you have to walk so far to get to your vehicle, but pretty friendly service as usual for National!

I wanted to share some feedback from my rental at the Boise airport today. Jose was outstanding. He greeted me the moment I approached the counter and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He made the whole process easy. I really appreciate the level of service he provided.
