About National Car Rental
National Car Rental at Boise Airport provides a fantastic and fast service with a really nice, friendly, and funny team. Staff are accommodating, gracious, and understanding, getting customers processed quickly. The business has a good selection of well-maintained vehicles that perform well, and cars are typically super clean. On a rare occasion an issue arises, the attendants work to make it right. The vehicles are not loaded with certain premium options, but the overall experience is pleasant and efficient.

The experience was excellent all the way around. Very fast pick up and drop off. Nice choice of cars. Car was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. An adjustment to the total amount owed was made when I returned the car earlier than planned.
