“I had a flat tire on our trip. After just two phone calls everything was taken care of. I chose to take care of it myself and be reimbursed instead of waiting since it was a Sunday afternoon and I was in the middle of no where. The employees (on site I dealt with Miles) were cheerful and helpful. Having used Enterprise for 21yrs, their customer service is top notch. We have not used any other rental agencies in year's, and now will only use Enterprise.”

“The only agent at the AVIS desk was friendly and patient. All the rental car desks were at the 1st floor of the airport.The flight was delayed and arrived at around 2 am. Not too many choices for us; the rental car we got was the sedan, and the interior space was quite small for 3 people and the ski gears. One good thing was that the car looked very clean and the mileage was low.”

“After some damage to my car, I took it to a couple body shops that were not very thorough. My car is a Lexus, and Peterson auto body is in the same lot as the Lexus dealership. It did take far longer than if it was still 2019, for example. Despite our country and its various, and many, issues, they were quick (as possible), and communicative. The service/specialist, Eric Parker, gained any trust lost by waiting - he refused to go with aftermarket parts, and worked diligently to reduce the delays. These days, most body shops seem stuffed full, and this one is no different. However, if you can wait, (you probably will, regardless ?) their service and professionalism will make up for it!”

“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”
