“I booked with Alamo via Expedia. I was told there would be no fee picking up the car but when I got there it was $300 refundable deposit. It would have been nice to have that advertised or told directly before since I inquired about it. When I returned the rental, after filling up the gas to full tank, they did reverse the $300 very quickly. Make sure to read whatever is in the contract since if you didn’t fill the gas up it would have be ~$7 a gallon for them to fill it up!!
Beyond that, the car they gave me was better than the package I picked. The car was super nice and drove out and back into town very smoothly.”
“This location was not busy when we arrived to pickup our rental. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was ready to go and was in decent condition, except for the interior which was still a bit dirty.”

From the start she went out of her way with great communication and arranging my rental, she also helped get me into the rental I wanted. I had a few minor things come up during my rental and I called the store and talked directly with her every time, she was very helpful. I would go out of my way to select this location based off of her help during my rental.”

It was very clean, I was even able to switch out the vehicle due to the license plate not being one that is favored in Valley County or in Idaho in general. Car was clean , just what we rented and we had no problems . Tank was full of gas and we returned it full - gas station is just outside the airport . Check in was very fast - and we were on our way . Would recommend Budget and will use them for our next trip .”

“Decent experience. Booked the full size AWD SUV on Priceline and when I showed up they gave me a few to choose from which was very cool. Only negative was the agent told me he was giving me a Toyota Highlander hybrid but it was just the XLE 4 cylinder Turbo. We still averaged 25 mpg which is pretty good with the high gas prices in Idaho. Hybrid gets 35 mpg.”

“Thrifty Car Rental (Boise Airport) The company I work for typically books my car rentals through Thrifty, which means I rent vehicles through them a lot. I always have the best experience at this Thrifty Car Rental. Their front desk is conveniently located by baggage claim and their cars are just a few hundred steps (627 to be exact) out the door. What makes this Thrifty Car Rental five stars is the overall service, both during pick up and drop off. Car rentals at this Thrifty is general just that, thrifty. I just looked at my last 6 rentals and none of them were over $60 per day. My most recent rental was only $36. And here's the thing that I love about this Thrifty Car Rental the most...my rentals have all been upgraded without an additional cost. I know, I may have just jinxed my luck with these complimentary upgrades. Or is it luck? Maybe this Thrifty Car Rental just wants to keep my business. Guess what? So far, they have. Great Job, Thrifty Rental Car Boise Airport!!”
“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”

“Day shift crew was on point. Had a vehicle that overheated. Went straight to car return and the team had me swapped out and out of the lot in 15 minutes with a new vehicle.
Carlos at the National Car Rental took care of me. He professionally turned in my car, efficiently and very respectfully. I enjoyed his assistance. Boise car rental. Will rent again based off of Nationals response time and assistance with my car exchange due to an overheating mechanical issue and the teams positive vibes in general. Keep it up!”
