“Absolutely one of the best places I’ve been to for a pickup. From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite, respectful, and professional. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing — they got me in and out quickly without any unnecessary delays.
The check-in process was smooth, the dock crew was efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well-organized. It’s clear that they value drivers’ time and treat us with respect.

“This location has always gone above and beyond to help. Recently, I stopped in requesting assistance locating a package that was “return to sender” due to an incomplete address. Jenny and her supervisor were able to track down the package, alert the courier of the request to NOT send back to sender, communicated with me directly via both phone and text regarding the status of their ability to find my package, and set aside for safe pick up the next day. Thank you Jenny and team for being wonderful people and helping me locate this very important item!”

“Margaret was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. She was very careful to inform me on how to send certified and trackable mail with a return receipt (something I’ve never had to do before), and explained everything she was doing in the process. She double checked everything with me so it was sure to get into the right hands and I would have access to the tracking number and other information I required.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a USPS location.

Angela has been the most helpfull delivery agent we have ever had, i wanted to call and give her praise directly to her managment but getting ahold of someone at the post office is just about as easy as you would imagine. I cannot say enough how we appreciate her, she deserves a raise. Thank you.”

“This is a one-person post office; one of just a few in the Treasure Valley. Service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed coming here much more than going to the bigger post offices. We stopped in around noon, and I was the only customer.”

“They close at lunch but the drop box is always available. This little post office is a gem! Not busy and under used Yes! Score! Easy to find at the end of Apollo st intersects with Vista st. By the airport its behind the motels there.”
