Awhile ago I went in and was looking at lighters, got distracted, bought my stuff and when I got home, realized that light was in my pocket. I a stole it!!!!! on accident. I went back in to pay for it and she wouldn't let me. Honestly goes a long way I guess. this is a 10 star company and shop.”

“My vape was spitting juice, and Nate, the shop owner, took the time to sit down with me and explain the power my mod possessed and matched it with an atomizer that was intended to be powered by my mod. Those were things that were looked over by other vape shops. Nate, was extremely accommodating, did not push sales, and looked everything up for me on the computer to explain what I needed to know so my vape operated smoothly. It was a good experience overall, great customer service. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was on the product he was selling. It is my go to vape store now. Well-deserved, and earned by atomic vape”

“I always come to tobacco connection because there is a drive thru and they move people through really fast. The people behind the counter are always really nice and very accommodating. I've never had an employee there treat me rudely.... Except for once when I was asking about their kratom strains and what the difference was. They didn't like my questions and I didn't like their answers!”

“Boyfriend goes here all the time to check out new things, flavours, equipment etc. The guys that work here are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. They're always up for a chat about new stock and always willing to answer questions and help their clientele. They go above and beyond to help, even calling other stores for a product they didn't have in their location...to find out who has one. Then, as we arrive at the other location to pick it up, they call to make sure we got the item and were satisfied with it. While I don't vape myself, I do go in for others and they have always been incredibly helpful when answering my questions. If you're looking for a place to get your vape on, these guys are the ones to go to. Good service, good products, good times.”
