  Real convent time to do maintenance! Always middle of the day never middle of the night! They never notice until day of.

  Great bank. But the online banking is not working at all. They were super welcoming when I came to get a new card. Helped me contain my toddler who was way to curious of the place ? but they have been awesome. Now if only they can fix the app so I can actually check my account when needed

  This bank is amazing! Great people helping small businesses! Krissy and Mary have been fantastic with helping our business get loans to build a new office building. We have switched all of our accounts from B of A to Columbia, and highly recommend others do this as well!
