“First time visit to Praire Family Medicine.
I was greeted by front desk office staff with a "Hello" and a smile.
Front desk staff was very friendly checkin in and checking out.
Waiting area was very clean with at home vibe.
Nurse was very friendly also and smiled often.
I am a patient of Jessy Lorion,MD.
I was introduced to Chris Strain, FNP-BC.
He was very attentive and listened to Dr. Lorion and I while taking notes and offered encouragement and understanding which in turn made me feel very cared for and listened to.
These qualities are very important to me because I need continued aftercare from surviving colon cancer.
Follow-up care is so needed to enhance my quality of life and Dr. Lorion always makes sure my needs are taken care of.
I look forward to developing a patient care relationship with Chris Strain, FNP-BC in the future.
