Took my wife in with neuropathy pain and other foot issues. Less than 30 minutes and she left with the best fitting shoes she has ever had. Return policy is ridiculously good too. For the very first time in my life I now have the correct shoes for my feet and my little piggies couldn't be happier in a pair new Hoka shoes. The level of expertise was teir 1, and it felt like I was welcome to stay all day. Truly a business model to follow.
