Was greeted by a guy named Jeffrey, who was extremely hospitable and gave us a full walk around the place showing us all the tackle, rods and reels giving us tips and pieces of advice along the way. First time in but definitely not the last. Love this place!”

“Went into their Knives & Optics shop looking to replace a knife that had gotten pretty dull. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I was looking for in stock. However the shop's manager (Mike I think?) took the time to walk me through how to sharpen a knife which I'd never done before. He was super polite, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me just because I didn't know much of anything about knife sharpening. I greatly appreciated being treated respectfully and with kindness given my lack of knowledge on the subject. Plus, with the new handy sharpener I purchased from him my knife works great again!
