Three bankers and two members
And I waited more than 7 minutes and the first person told me they couldn't help me because it was in regards to a business account.
And the person who could was goofing off.
So I just left
Maybe it's time we just install ATMs everywhere and get rid of people because they don't want to work or do their job.

Horrible credit union. After me spending hours with them setting up a business account I was informed their merchant processor partner FISERV had flagged my business as a "high risk" business and they'd be withholding 50% of all my transactions indefinitely. I was shocked, my business is about as low risk as it gets and low transaction amount as well.
I called up P1FCU who also uses FISERV and they looked into it for me. Apparently the idiots at ICCU had given the wrong business info to FISERV and they thought I was some kind of corporate business to business enterprise which I was not. I could not believe it. 4 days later and ICCU is STILL not returning my calls despite me waiting on hold for HOURS every day and being promised returned calls by Chris Henrickson and Dave Sullivan. These people will ruin your business. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
EDIT: After days they are finally trying to fix this. We'll see if they get it done correctly. It's been a horrible inconvenience and has harmed my business.

Emily Haas was excellent! As first time homebuyers we had all kinds of questions and Emily did a great job helping us navigate the process! Not only that, but we were out of state as well (moving back to Idaho after years away) and she was great about making sure we met a super quick closing and was an excellent communicator. ICCU was the easiest part of the home buying process for us! Though we had other loan services offer us perhaps a little bit lower rate, by far ICCU had the best service and why we chose to go with them. Emily was timely, professional, and kind, and we will be recommending her to our family and friends as well. If you're hoping to have a great home financing experience I whole heartedly recommend Emily at ICCU :)

Probably the best ICCU branch I've been to. They are always kind and quick with their service, and the lines are never long at all. Usually Jenna helps me with my monthly cashiers check, she is very kind and professional. She even remembered the information that I like to be put on the check, give this woman a raise!

Well let's begin with how someone hacked my son's account charged 856.+ On this adult special needs credit card and they won't do anything to help him even though he can prove it wasn't him

Needed to take the time to mention John DeLuca senior mortgage loan officer. He was absolutely amazing to work with and I would recommend him to everyone he is knowledgeable, friendly, and a straight shooter. John will not steer you wrong and will help every step of the way. Please give this guy a raise ICCU he is certainly a vital asset to your company.
