Someone overheard my daughter say she was thirsty and brought her out a cup of water while I was using the teller line. The teller also gave my kids pencils. So thoughtful I’m blown away. 100/10 service. Top notch!

Probably the best ICCU branch I've been to. They are always kind and quick with their service, and the lines are never long at all. Usually Jenna helps me with my monthly cashiers check, she is very kind and professional. She even remembered the information that I like to be put on the check, give this woman a raise!

Still too early to draw conclusions but for anyone passing through the gauntlet of banking at the moment,
Holly may provide a bit of respite.
