Always friendly staff, kind of busy & have to wait sometimes

We've visited the Kathleen branch multiple times in the last 10 years, including today. All of the staff has been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We've opened accounts, deposited and withdrawn funds, and never had an issue.

Mountain west is an ok bank. I’ve been with them over 10 years and they aren’t too bad. This branch tends to be incredibly slow and rude. Not sure why. If you do use Mountain West you’ll have much better luck at the hayden branch.
