If you go to this store during a busy time, you may have a bit of a wait because you are seen by appointment only. But this is a Verizon authorized store, NOT a 3rd party retail, so I strongly recommend going to this Verizon business to receive accurate information, which I did!

Update: less than a month after my purchase they doubled the promotion I signed up for plus $100 in gift cards and would not let me claim itPredatory business practices and terrible customer service. Told them I’d be sitting in my car waiting for the 30 minute queue. The rep helping me left without a word and the other 3 guys stood around chatting while I was left unhelped and without a phone call or any kind of notification.When I asked for compensation for my time of more than 4 hours the representative told me I could call the loyalty department but I should probably “cut my losses”Try T-Mobile instead

While I do not normally leave reviews for businesses, I definitely want it known that Michael from the Hayden branch provided exceptional customer service. He sat with me for three hours to fix an issue caused by another provider, and was personable and helpful the entire time.

(I cancelled my service in April when I moved out of state (Xfinity has the only internet, so I bundled with them). Received "sorry to see you go" emails from Verizon, but I'm still getting billed for an iPad linked to Verizon and I can't get Verizon to stop service, prompting multiple robocalls cause I ain't payin them $80/mo when I haven't used it. It's like the psychotic ex-GF who can't let go! Sitting for 20 minutes in a Verizon store right now bc on-line and phone calls have been a waste of time. Cell coverage was very good, but it's expensive and service stinks

Jeremy was extremely helpful and helped us through an issue that took several hours and the jumping through many hoops to accomplish. Thanks to him, we were able to get an issue figured out that several people before him were not able to resolve over the period of several months.

So I had my phone sent to the store and I came to get it but I had to wait 45+ mins because I wanted to buy a case and screen protector this was a bad experience and I don't recommend this store unless you have a few hours to kill time...

Best service I have had in some time with Verizon. Had a rough start of the day with my phone finally taking its last breath. Came into the post falls location and was met with an outstanding attitude and servitude to help me get back up going again as it was time for a new phone anyway. Unfortunately my phone selection was not at that location, the sales representative was able to call over to the next local location and found one in stock. She was able to transfer me over there where I was taken care of with the same attentiveness and amazing attitude.Thank you sales representatives Mannen O and Shae (post falls) for making a rough situation resolved.

My grandparents came to change their phones, they were told they can only transfer 1 set of contacts onto the 2 new phones. When questioned how this makes any sense they just said they're too busy to do their jobs properly. Pathetic service.

Worst service. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere. I got checked in and waited for over an hour before anyone checked on me. Then they told me someone bumped me off the list to be seen. So then they check me in again and I wait for another 30 minutes before deciding to leave without being seen. The entire time there were employees walking around not helping people. The way this store is ran is ridiculous.

The only real Verizon location in CDA. I love the addition of the lockers. Ordered a phone and iPad and picked it up without a problem. Easy and fast!
