“Have purchased bulbs before and very pleased with the service I received. Since my last purchase the model number from the manufacturer changed and I was not sure if I was going to get direct replacements for what I already have in use. Made inquiry with this supplier and received a terrific, and very thorough response and explanation with supporting documentation from Matt. Totally resolved the matter.”

“Richard demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. During my recent visit for family food shopping, I expressed concern regarding a potentially loose tire. Richard not only conducted a thorough inspection but also exceeded expectations by identifying that all twenty lug nuts were the incorrect size and subsequently replaced them on our family van. His proactive intervention undoubtedly averted a potentially hazardous situation for my family, as a tire detachment could have occurred on the freeway or even a side road. Richard and his team efficiently addressed the issue, clearly explaining the problem and the necessity of the repair.”

“I love the service that Costco provides. While camping in Vancouver Island, BC we bought canned dog food from Costco. Our dog would not eat it. Finally, as we traveled back to Colorado we camped next to a Costco in coeur d'Alene and went into returns. Cody, was our hero, because I simply said our dog won't eat it. Like a rocket scientist he knew we bought it in CANADA! No problem. Click. Click. Clickclick. And back it went. Thank you to Cody and Costco for their service!”
