“Thank you so much Dave and Zach! We arrived in Coeur D'alene with our Suburban transmission slipping and jerking. I stopped by to ask Dave if he could diagnose the issue. Dave patiently took the time to explain in great detail what the problem was and how he could prevent it from happening again. We were on a tight travel schedule and Dave offered to take care of us and get us back on our road trip. The repairs included a complete rebuild and some new parts. Dave even showed us pictures of the wear that was found. My wife drove the Suburban out of the shop wondering why the car never felt so good. Thanks again.”

Within just a couple of days, they ran diagnostics and found a bolt I had missed under the valve cover, which was causing low compression in multiple cylinders.
Thanks to their attention to detail, they walked me through the issue. I was able to get my truck back up and running — something I never would’ve figured out on my own. I would’ve wasted countless hours chasing it and would have likely ended up redoing the entire timing chain job.

“They were able to get my daughter's car in very quickly. I was concerned about it misfiring and being unsafe for her to drive. They gave me a ride home after dropping off the car and sent me an estimate by the end of the day. They didn't include something in their initial estimate, but they still fixed it and didn't charge me. We will be back for future services and highly recommend them.”
