Friendly but had to wait for assistance. Walked out & called the main branch for help. Then helped me solve a problem I was having. Drive around building to the drive thru is very tight

Stcu actively doesn't send out overdraft messages you sign up for. They also process overdrafts even if you have it shut off. They also break the law for charging overdrafts on pending items which idaho central credit union was sued in a class action lawsuit for 2 years ago.
