I have several clients FTK has given proposals to and every one has made the switch. FTK has done an incredible job of eliminating junk fees....I highly recommend them.”

“I've been banking here for years and I'm still amazed at the kindness the folks here show, and the willingness to do what it takes to help their customers out. Yesterday, I was being helped by Jason Covey and Krista Grieser. I had some issues going on and they were persistently kind and helpful throughout the entire process to make sure I was taken care of. I must have been there for an hour. The place was really busy, too. Most people would have shown at least SOME irritation with me. These two? Not a bit! They helped me out with complete kindness and patience.

Was amazing I had an issue with a check I mobile deposited causing a messy situation with my account and she took amazing care of me and understood my concerns and worries as my bills were coming out. Despite of my check not being there.She went above and beyond for me! I even called this morning to check in to see if there was any updates and she was already on it! “Chris Brown did amazing (extension 1503?). Potlatch is making it more difficult for its customers. I can't get a hold of anybody through the phone with ease and the new online system locked me out from being able to see anything or do anything . Potlatch is making it more and more difficult to get a hold of people and I end up having to be disruptive to a random person at any given time to assist . Thank you so much Chris - True customer service.”

“This branch of STCU is probably the best banking experience ever. I recommend simply opening account there just to interact with the tellers. One teller in particular is enthusiastic about the history of money and makes a purpose to offer $2 bills to people. Very friendly in a very practical way. All banks should run like this”
“I absolutely LOVE ICCU! They have gone above and beyond on several occasions in assisting me and I cannot rave enough about them, their curtious tellers who are always friendly, and even in helping me with finance matters beyond just having a checking account. If you're looking for a bank that is more than what you're expecting from a bank - and who actually CARES about you and your situation, then ICCU is for you. I am constantly on the go, and they go every where with me - including a teller! I can call a video teller from my living room, or once even at the grocery store when my card wouldn't work. Before I could get back into the store to pay they had it resolved.... they are just awesome!”
