“Would recommend Classic Vacs to literally anyone who's nephew spilled a comically large glass of milk in their home and tried to hide it by running the Roomba the day before they have to leave for 4 days on an out of state work trip and they can't find their mop literally anywhere so they have to beg someone to keep a store open for an extra 10 minutes so they can buy a mop so their whole place doesn't smell like sour milk when they get back.

“I have to give some huge kudos to the folks who work in this store especially in the paint Dept. We are having to get our house ready to go on the market on 8/5. I needed interior paint (25 gallons). The store in Nampa only had 7 gallons of what I needed so I called these folks and they took GREAT care of me. They were kind enough to pull the base color and have everything ready to go when I got there so all that needed to be done was to mix and pay. Tom and Theresa especially were awesome. Even when 3 out of the 5 refused to open they kept going until they managed to get it done. I would also like to say "Thank you" to Joe for loading my car.”

However, I received an email notifying me of a day's delay in the delivery schedule. Upon delivery, only 18 pieces of tile were brought instead of the 18 cases I had paid for. I had the delivery on my surveillance cameras as proof. My attempts to resolve this over the phone with homedepot.com were met with frustration as I was put on hold and eventually transferred to an office that was closed for the day. Seeking resolution, I visited the Eagle Home Depot, only to find out that they couldn't credit me for the missing tiles and advised me to contact homedepot.com for reimbursement. This situation highlighted the clear distinction between homedepot.com and physical Home Depot stores. To ensure my tile installation could proceed as planned, I repurchased and picked up the missing tiles in Meridian where more were located, initiating a two-day ordeal spent communicating on the phone with homedepot.com. It was only after finally being transferred to the Boise Home Depot that I found relief. Steve Snead, whose assistance was invaluable, stepped in to resolve the issue. Steve's dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. He remained on the line with me, diligently coordinating with homedepot.com until the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Prior to encountering Steve's exemplary service, I was left dissatisfied and disillusioned with Home Depot, questioning any future big-ticket purchases from the company. However, Steve's exceptional handling of the situation has completely changed my perspective. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond have reinstated my confidence in Home Depot. Steve's outstanding assistance has not only resolved my immediate issue but has also restored my trust in the company. “I go to the Meridian store because I like the staff there. Very helpful and they go out of their way to find things you can't find. They always go with you to where you need to go. Most other places will point and give you an aisle number, but here they go with you to make sure you are getting what you need. Cindy at the pro desk is my favorite. Always says hi when she sees me walking by. She knows I am a veteran and always makes me feel welcome.”

“Very good selection. Pricing is geared more toward folks with poorer credit, except they seem competitive in furniture pricing. I did not price shop to compare, just my limited experience in furniture shopping. I was surprised to see they had power tools and gaming systems (Xbox X, Ps5, Switch).There's a cost associated with the lease to own option, so be prepared to pay more than an item is worth, even of you pay cash. They explained thar many items they sell, they pay retail prices on so if they didn't charge more, they would lose money. The difference is they show you that pricing up front (doesn't seem much different from putting furniture on your credit card and paying interest, but here you know those numbers up front).The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgeable and the main manager is sincere and honest. I didn't opt to utilize their services because I do not require them, but I'm glad they are here for people who DO need their services.”

“I have to give a good reveiw for this specific store because the staff were really friendly and extremely competent, I wish I asked for their names because they were very professional and friendly, but I would like people to know corprate is absolutely abysmal. I went inside because I placed two online orders at 5 pm and one got approved within 30 minutes while the second order placed 10 seconds later never got approved. This specific store was amazing and the customer service with both employees and managers was amazing, it was just very upsetting to hear that higher ups didnt approve both purchases and only one which caused major complications in my schedule.
Corprate can't approve orders past 5pm (so never order after then if your wanting something same day) for some reason which is extremely upsetting when I have very specific deadlines that I already accounted for based off of availability (it said ready in less than one hour) and time and yet specifically corprate isn't able to process orders that would make then multiple thousands of dollars whatsoever leaving an extremely disappointing experience. For a basic experience the people on the floor are amazing yet the people responsible for the entire company have let me down as I would have rather built my own pc without the company upcharge if I wasn't going to get it the same day.
This store and everyone there are amazing but Best Buy is not so I do not recommend supporting their business in any way especially if you are reliant on time and have to crunch your work because of someone else's mistake :(
