“Would recommend Classic Vacs to literally anyone who's nephew spilled a comically large glass of milk in their home and tried to hide it by running the Roomba the day before they have to leave for 4 days on an out of state work trip and they can't find their mop literally anywhere so they have to beg someone to keep a store open for an extra 10 minutes so they can buy a mop so their whole place doesn't smell like sour milk when they get back.
Shouts out to my homie Kyler behind the counter for coming in clutch with the suggestions, and empathy; like a true thug raised right.

“We bought our washer and dryer here and had a fantastic experience! We worked with Ursula and she got us a great discount. I’m glad we found this place because it’s pretty tucked away, but would definitely highly recommend!! I’d also recommend going in person. It was nice to see the options in person and also talk face to face with the staff. Ursula wasn’t pushy at all and gave us a lot of great information. The installation went well and the installers were very respectful with our house and didn’t leave any damage.”

“I normally have terrible experience at Home Depot as I am new to the area. This was the most delightful Home Depot experience I've ever had. We originally went for dog kennels. However, we stumbled upon a beautiful light and a gentleman named Doug who worked there was pleasant enough and kind enough to give us a quick lesson on how to install this light he was very knowledgeable. He was kind .funny and relatable. Please give Doug an amazing raise!!!!He really does deserve it not only that but every single employee was super kind and knowledgeable.”
“I placed an urgent order for tiles online through homedepot.com, opting for overnight delivery and paying the additional delivery fee. However, I received an email notifying me of a day's delay in the delivery schedule. Upon delivery, only 18 pieces of tile were brought instead of the 18 cases I had paid for. I had the delivery on my surveillance cameras as proof. My attempts to resolve this over the phone with homedepot.com were met with frustration as I was put on hold and eventually transferred to an office that was closed for the day. Seeking resolution, I visited the Eagle Home Depot, only to find out that they couldn't credit me for the missing tiles and advised me to contact homedepot.com for reimbursement. This situation highlighted the clear distinction between homedepot.com and physical Home Depot stores. To ensure my tile installation could proceed as planned, I repurchased and picked up the missing tiles in Meridian where more were located, initiating a two-day ordeal spent communicating on the phone with homedepot.com. It was only after finally being transferred to the Boise Home Depot that I found relief. Steve Snead, whose assistance was invaluable, stepped in to resolve the issue. Steve's dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. He remained on the line with me, diligently coordinating with homedepot.com until the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Prior to encountering Steve's exemplary service, I was left dissatisfied and disillusioned with Home Depot, questioning any future big-ticket purchases from the company. However, Steve's exceptional handling of the situation has completely changed my perspective. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond have reinstated my confidence in Home Depot. Steve's outstanding assistance has not only resolved my immediate issue but has also restored my trust in the company. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee, and I am grateful for Steve's exceptional support.”

I called to try and get a motor knowing they couldn’t sell to me either but they pointed me in the right direction. Likely because I didn’t throw a tantrum like a child. Super helpful and wanted to say thank you and try and offset the dumb ones leaving bad reviews over something that clearly says on your website.

“Shout out to Elyse in Paint! I arrived on a Friday evening with a thick stack of paint swatches (at least 20) I needed samples of for my daughter’s artistic detailing for her senior parking spot. It was easy to see Elyse had a handful of other projects and orders she was working on and still offered me some help. Even after seeing my stack of swatches, she was positive and willing to mix 20+ samples of colors for this senior year experience. Thank you, Elyse! I had to find time to sit down because the girls specifically Tony and Jolene went out of their way to get me into something I could afford and I was happy with including having a second couch delivered and picked up so I have to also say thanks to the delivery guys one I know was filling in and I believe he was the office manager, lol so to say that Aaron goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy is not saying enough I would highly recommend this place to friends or family. “I went in on August 6 after not finding what I needed at another store 30m before close thinking it would be quick, but to my surprise everyone else was there to do what I was doing.... Getting paint for my senior to paint his parking spot!
There was an associate with longer hair working with the assistant manager (whose name I did not get because I was overwhelmed and felt so bad they were so busy) who helped me with so much kindness and patience! I was so thankful for her and her amazing grace while helping myself and others who came AFTER me that were going to keep her very late after close! She worked fast and with a smile! I appreciate her so much!
Thanks to her my son was able to have an experience I never got and I'm truly grateful for her.
