“Been going to the store since they’ve opened and I’ll tell ya what it’s like a treasure hunt going into not only this location but with any Grocery Outlet store. You see we’re called a Bargain market for a reason, you never know what you’ll find at one or at any location at a particular time or a better price elsewhere, it depends on what they have available to order at a time. It sure doesn’t stop me from shopping in there because if I don’t find one of the things I was looking for, I’m at least walking away with something better or giving something new a try. If your going to try kale chips or mushroom coffee, this is the place to get it and try it and well if ya don’t like it, it’s not to much out of your pocket to either give away or throw away if it’s that terrible. I shop at the Overland Grocery Outlet first and for most then if I can’t live without it I’ll go to another store. Like I said before I’ve been going there since it opened and even got my Mom and her friend that both live in Emmett to start and continue to shop there for the produce for juicing. I have just recently been back and I walked out of there with 2 bags of grocery and a bag of deli products and a 12pk of non alcoholic beer and it was less than $55. Can’t really say that about any other grocery stores with decent products like that.? Grocery outlet Bargin market ?”
“Great 2nd hand store… lots of great things and a lot of nice clean clothes! Different discounts each week! Very friendly staff and such a generous charity (unlike the for profit goodwill down the street)”

“I have officially checked prices for identical items, between Costco, Walmart, Winco Albertsons and Grocerie Outlet. Everything is so much cheaper at Grocerie Ourlet. Their bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. Great customer Service also.”
“Dollar Tree's selection of health items is getting smaller. I can never find the medicated nose spray in stock. If I order it online, they sell it by the case. That's a lot of nose spray!”
“Couldn't find everything we needed, but close enough. The line at the point of sale was forever long, it would've helped to ask for assistance at the checkout. But the cashier didn't think of that. Instead she would rather keep her head down and work way too hard instead of smarter.”
“This is a pretty big store. It’s always super clean and the staff is awesome. Sherri has been awesome every time I have been in there. There’s a huge selection of basically anything you can think of.”
“My wife and I were at the counter checking out, and she said that her hair kept getting caught on something. The lady checking us out said it might be a tag, and it was! She kindly came around the counter and felt the neck area of her coat and confirmed there was a tag. She said, "If I were you, I would go home, sit down with a pair of scissors, and cut that out". Thank you ma'am for your help!

“This location has always had really great customer service, but I have been coming in a little bit more recently and I always get Annika, and she's always so sweet and helpful and professional! She's got great customer service skills, and I just like to give recognition where recognition is due. It's not often we see great customer service anymore, so I've made it my little hobby to give a shout out to those who I really see going above and beyond! She's a great addition to your company, and I hope that she gets a shout out from her boss and recognized for always being kind and helpful and upbeat!”

“One of my favorite dollar stores in the Boise area! They’re always very well-stocked on pretty much anything, and the staff is kind and friendly. I feel that this Dollar Tree is amazing because it has a giant parking lot, it’s easy to access, and the staff are understanding and helpful.”
“This dollar tree probably has the best stock of any of them! They regularly have their shelves stocked, whereas other ones don’t seem to be stocked up very well. The only negative is they usually don’t have very many people working the front but if I go up and ask for them to bring another employee up, they will usually do it.”

“I love the Dollar Tree! Their lashes are amazing right now and if I went to Walgreens and bought the same stuff I'd be paying $673 most likely. I learned a financial lesson about shopping at Walgreens.. anyways, when I shop there usually get $30 worth of items and the one time I wanted to return something that wasn't the right color for the description on the box I was treated very icily by the female at the cash register. She was weird and acted as if she was offended that i had used it and wanted my money back. I literally used it as soon as i got to my car, and it was the wrong color, and I brought it back 20 minutes later. And I even said if no refund it's fine, but she was bristling and was just visibly angry over $1.25 lipstick. Testing me like I was not a civil member of society. Lmao. I was spending hundreds a month there, and to be fair I haven't seen her since. Hopefully she got a grip and no longer shames customers who buy 100s of lipsticks a month in sales over a single item that cost $.10 wholesale. More importantly the Dollar Tree and any other store doesn't need that kind of weird behavior or your protection”
