“We are so glad our son chose Mr. Formal for his wedding party coats/vests and shirts. Every phone call, in person meeting, pickup and return was nothing but professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The rental charges were very affordable. The suit coats and vest were absolutely beautiful and comfortable, so much that multiple guys would have liked to purchase. “I bought a bike from Al’s recently at a great price and they did all the custom adjustments for my new bike for free!I took my bike in months later with gear clicking issues and a ruined seat from a crash and Domo also took care of my bike then as well!Highly recommend Al's sporting goods for any of your outdoor Idahoian gear needs! “I bought a pair of Stryker pants for a trip around the USA in our motor home. About the 4th month into the trip a weak seam started to fray a pick. I did not wear them again.
When we finally made it home I took the pants to 5-11 and without batting an eye lash the manager said, We will replace these with a new pair! Service with a smile and the pants are on their way to our home, being shipped from another store.

“What a great location. We visited on 5/16/24 and I would say this is absolutely the best visit if you're looking for pop culture merch, especially anime. This is a standard all Hot Topics should aim for. The store was clean and very well kept along with kind and courteous staff. Tiffany was so awesome, she helped me find this One Piece piece paper theater that I've been looking for a long time and I was very stoked to be able to find it. She happened to notice another One Piece item I was buying and suggested it. I wish I happened to get the other associates name that was working there at ~2 because they were great and checked the stock room for us twice with a smile. If you find yourself in the Boise mall, make sure you check it out!”

“I would just love to say, This buckle is hands down one of the best jeans stores I have ever experienced. I have a 36” inseam with a 27W and it’s hard to find jeans long enough in stores. Buckle had everything I could’ve dreamed of! Hailey was absolutely amazing and was the best costumer service I have ever received! She was such a doll and I will be returning!”

“I went in to get some shoes for my little cousins cause I'm missing out on their birthdays while I'm away for college, and both of the ladies on staff were super awesome and helpful, they were the manager and the co I think they said. I knew my coudins sizes which was nice, but I wasn't sure exactly what to get, so the staff helped me pick out a nice style for each of them that's been popular and they were super friendly. I gave some ideas of what my little cousins are loving altely, ones a boy and ones a girl, and they had some awesome recommendations and were just super friendly and happy to help.
