Stuart was helpful the first time i went in and then came back as i was about to purchase the ones i was looking at but because they weren't polarized, I changed my mind about them. I did however look at a couple more pairs that were a little different but more expensive. I thought about it overnight and decided to come back the next day and get a pair from him. I knew my coudins sizes which was nice, but I wasn't sure exactly what to get, so the staff helped me pick out a nice style for each of them that's been popular and they were super friendly. “Wow! So here's the story.Bought a cleaning kit because my solid whites got a single scuff on the top of them. Mind you that I bought these shoes just about a year ago (pretty proud of that). Upon the cleaning and drying I noticed this horrible yellow stain begin to emerge out of nowhere on both kicks. Once fully dried, it stuck. Both whites were ruined! But...Called the store to complain about the product and how upset I was and the sales rep said "Man, im so sorry. Bring those in and well damage them out for you since it was our product that did that to them. What's the name I can put on the fresh new pair for pick up?" What? When is the last time you have had that level of customer service? Been a while in todays day and age for me and I'm in my 40's.Thanks Vans and well done, guy who Im not naming in case he might get in trouble for this awesomeness (sad that I even have to say that). Fan for life!”
