Have had an account here for 13+ years. In the past six months I’ve gone in twice for assistance, abrasive employees who are restricted by WF policies. Find somewhere else to bank, I am.

Despite there being just one other customer in the branch... required that I set up an appointment to have a simple document notarized. Poor customer service.
