I am moving to Europe soon and went in yesterday to close my account relationship with this bank, but the girl who helped me evidently misunderstood and did not fully close my account. I called this morning and spoke with Tom who was very customer-focused and met his commitment to call me back with a status. He made sure that my account was fully closed. Kudos Tom and Thank You!”
