“I want to extend a commendation to TOM at this Branch. I am moving to Europe soon and went in yesterday to close my account relationship with this bank, but the girl who helped me evidently misunderstood and did not fully close my account. I called this morning and spoke with Tom who was very customer-focused and met his commitment to call me back with a status. He made sure that my account was fully closed. Kudos Tom and Thank You!”
“My husband recently died and I was sent mail on his IRA account of which I was the benefactor. But it was a little confusing because I didn't know his account number and I could no longer get into his account. Went to my favorite branch and Serena was totally awesome on making the calls and doing the heavy work for me. We had a fun chat while she was doing her magic.
