“I went to orielly to get a new oil pan drain plug for one of my cars. As I turned in to park my serpentine belt broke in my other car which I drove because the other car was at Home on Jack stands. It cost 300 dollars to have the shop do this belt that broke. My day went to a bad one real fast. Louis saw me pull in and could tell I lost power steering right as I pulled in. He took me inside to get a drain plug for my other car and price some steering fluid. He looked at my car though to double check and saw that the belt was gone. I can’t afford a shop and was totally panicked. Louis told me not to worry, rang up my belt, and had it installed for me in ten minutes. I really would have been in a bad spot without him and because of this I will never go anywhere else for parts. Thank you Louis at the glenwood oriellys in garden city Idaho. You are a rock star dude!”
