“This is one of the best gyms that I’ve been too. The trainer treats you like family while making you work hard: not for there sake but, for ours. I never thought I would say I enjoy working out until coming to this gym. Now I wake up early to start my day out with a good sweat, and coaches, and laughs with friends. I was able to get the personalization that I needed in order to get on the right track with my health. The tools were there and the needed feed back as well. Motivate was there the whole step of my current journey preparing me on how to be a better me through a good work out and better eating habits. I would definitely recommend this place. This is my happy place where I can socialize (I get yelled at for talking too much hahah), and workout my stressors.”

“Jay was recommend to us to train our special needs son who wants to be body builder. Right from the start everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming and kind to Dom and Jay has been an excellent trainer. Dom really thrived under him and dropped weight and built muscle fast. Everyone in the gym treated Dom like family and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to train and workout. We’ve had to take a break for now, but there’s no other gym in the Treasure Valley that we will ever go to, this will always be our home and I can’t speak highly enough about Jay, Michele, and everyone there who worked to give Dom a wonderful experience.”
