“The best experience I have ever had at a post office. I was so nervous going in due to the negative reviews on yelp, but so glad I went in anyway. It was the nearest post office available and I needed to ship a item out. It had been some time since I had mailed a package out so I had no idea which box to pack it in and which option to go with. An employee approached me asking if I was looking to send a package out. I told her yes, but that I needed some help. She dropped what she was doing and walkes me through it from beginning to end. She even went through a few options to get the most affordable rate for me. In the past, I was told to use my own tape to wrap up the box. I grabbed one from the post office to use then purchase, but she told me not to worry about it and packed it for me for free. Wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for making my morning with your kindness and sense of humor and for providing excellent customer service!”
