I don't ship a lot of packages so it's hard for me to understand the know-how. They've been courteous when it's empty or busy, morning or late afternoon. They have a TON more options for packaging than govt post office and I love having choices. Even if it's busy, the line doesn't go out the door and everyone is seen as promptly as possible.”
