I had called to see about making an appointment. The man on the phone was hard to understand and I had to either repeat what he said to make sure I understood or ask to repeat himself. He actually started yelling at me. If I could give zero starts I would.

The lug nuts on our tires were not air-seal tightened properly. We nearly lost our driver's side rear tire. If I had not stopped in time, our car would have caused an accident that could have been fatal. Please, if you choose to use Sam's club, check your vehicle's viability.

VERY poor customer service. Will NEVER buy tires from them again.
