“Whatever manager turned the lights up to blinding and left for the day, to a level that's so bright it made the back of my eyes hurt and started making me nauseous along with the poor cashier working. That person should never be in charge of anyone ever again. I told that girl to put on a pair of the sunglasses you sell because it's that uncomfortable. Whoever runs this store you need to fix this and check on the girl immediately. You created a hazardous work environment if it affected a customer within minutes.”
“Went in just before Thanksgiving to pick up my pies I ordered. It was very busy but very well organized and excellent customer service. Even though the owner was slammed she was still very nice and thank you to the employee (sorry I didn't get your name) for helping me carry my order out to my car down the street!”
“Friendly staff with a large True Value hardware attached to the grocery store. Like many Harvest Foods, there is no service deli or service bakery. It does have a take n bake pizza inside.”

“I would like to thank the very friendly people in town and the staff working in this store (Steins Family Market) for letting us use their facilities continually for 3 hours, while we waited for a tow truck, to arrive....The employees were also very helpful in finding what I needed to get through my waite.... The parking area is currently under construction, with limited parking available. Due to the lack of respect shown by some drivers with the inability to use a trash can, the area where truckers could have parked, has been closed off. Consequently, there is no truck parking available at this time until the parking lot is completed.”
“Finally the authorities are cleaning up the place. They are moving vehicles parked for few days. Truck parked for more than 24 hrs with no driver inside are getting removed too. Seen an officer going up and down all day noting plates.”

“My family loves our Kellogg Idaho Yokes. We go to the deli often. We went to the deli twice during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. It was very busy both times. Paul helped us both times and he made it feel like it wasn’t even busy in there. He got our food for us and he was so pleasant. He wished us happy holidays. He is genuinely a very nice person and a great Yokes employee. Thank you Paul and thank you again Yokes for being a wonderful store and being one of our favorite places to shop in the Silver Valley.”
