“I had an eBay package end up at this post office by mistake. We all know that USPS is really struggling with their operation right now, but because this location was relatively close to my work, I called them and the lady who answered my call was extremely helpful and got my package up to the front desk so I could pick it up when I went to lunch. Went there and was able to get it with no problem.”

The check-in process was smooth, the dock crew was efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well-organized. It’s clear that they value drivers’ time and treat us with respect.

Angela has been the most helpfull delivery agent we have ever had, i wanted to call and give her praise directly to her managment but getting ahold of someone at the post office is just about as easy as you would imagine. “I received a phone call from Matt at the post office because my mail has been so mixed up with moving. It had nothing to do with the Post Office that Matt at it was at the post office in Oregon that was a nightmare and continued to deliver packages to my old address. Matt at this post office has done everything possible to help straighten out things to get my mail delivered here. He is gone way beyond the call of duty to help me in this matter when it’s not even their fault at this post office that I’m not getting my mail. He has been so patient with listening to what happened to me and my mail and once again does not really have to even be involved in it but it’s taken the time to try to follow it through with the other Post Office and have it corrected. This is what customer service is all about. The fact that he did this and did not have to is absolutely phenomenal to me. Thanks Matt !!!!”
